Well well..

"Red Bull managing director Oliver Mintzlaff has given his first public backing to Formula 1 team boss Christian Horner, insisting he is the right man to bring the squad more success."

After Newey saying kind words for Horner in his departure note, it's Oliver now backing him! So hopefully, that loose cannon Jos would stop.

Seems like that woman was a sacrificial lamb that played into the hands of someone and now discarded by everyone, including FIA.
Also, the credible journalists who said Newey was leaving because of Horner, seems like genrated another click bait that cooked up something to get some eye balls or that they were grossly misled by their inside sources. Newey seemed like in a good company with Horner, all through Miami weekend.

It is clear that Mintzlaff had to say this on Yoovidhya's behalf, otherwise he can pack his things and look for another job.
Fortunately, Yoovidhya has nothing to say about Jos, he is not his boss!

With all sides backing CH and key staffs extending contract I think RB can only be stronger

To be fair, the credible journalists, which obviously is not all journalists, were blaming the internal politics due to the Horner situation, not Horner directly.

Redbull company culture is one that value loyalty through action not lip servicing, especially to those who started with them from the beginning. be it employee vendor or suppliers.

CH will go down in history as one of the most successful F1 TP of all time and there is none who can compare with him at the moment.

The fact the AN has stuck with him for over 18 years that does show how well they are working together.

So it's kind of shocking to read so many journalist talking about rbr falling apart.

For Jos his interest is a pay rise for Max which he will get a cut too. So its normal for him to always put Max up for sale to pressure RB to pay him well.

Pierre Wache has extended his contract until 2028, putting to bed all the false rumors about more senior people quitting Red Bull after Newey, all due to Horner. Newey has endorsed his relationship with Horner in his farewell note, Oliver has endorsed him and now Wache has extended his association. In all this, the only ones that have credibility are so called "credible" journalists with credible "inside sources". It's time for them to reflect on how much dirt they have thrown.
