I cannot see anything other than RBR totally shattering morale of all the other teams getting their hopes high about their progress.

And Ricciardo has just flown back to aus for his birthday. Maybe Lawson could get an opportunity (maybe yuki in the RB, Lawson in the AT?).

That makes the most sense to me. It's not the first time an AT driver hot swapped to RB mid-season.

Accuweather has a yellow warning for thunderstorms around the track on Friday from 16:00hrs. Still looking like showers on the Saturday and clear on the Sunday.

Packed a light rain coat just in case :D

Does anyone know what time show and tell is released?
Would you also be one wearing Orange 🍊? Blow some smoke. 😀
It is a light orange raincoat actually! haha.

Row 15 of Grandstand L on the long straight, just after the advertising bridge I believe. Most likely blend in with the sea of orange that Austria normally gets.
If you want us to see you, you're probably best wearing something white/black or red 😜

Enjoy the weekend!

3. put it on 3 m stick
4. sit in grandstands

Red is hard to distinguish from orange, the best option is to wear something pink/blue. :D

For various reasons the race can be very interesting. From the weather forecast, going through the characteristics of the circuit and its proximity to RB or the circumstances of each team (updates, better adaptation to changing circumstances, De Vries-Lawson, Ferrari-Alpine and their rebirths or what the W14 can do and the AMs... Alonso... etc.).

What I would like most is that Max does not run away from the beginning. I admire him very much, although I would prefer there to be more uncertainty than we are used to.

Let's see if we witness a struggle of wits, intelligence and adaptability with the little touches of luck and surprise.

I'll keep an eye out for morse flashes just in case. Or to anything else striking in the grandstands of the circuit. Have a lot of fun, Chris.

Really, really looking forward to seeing the progress of Macca with their slew of updates. Really hoping Lando finally has a competitive car, and they can join the battle with Merc, Ferrari, and AMR. Max and RB will ace this of course, but I could care less. I’m really looking forward to more Macca in the mix. Happy for Macca fans because it’s been a long long road. Ive read through a lot of the dark months in the team thread, and my god those fans need some hope. [-o< They deserve some competitiveness. 😰

I wonder if Checo is going to finally pull his head out, or if in fact he’s going to dig in deeper? Hope he can find it in himself to do better. If he continues like this, is Danny really an option? That would at least be interesting...

Hoping for more clear weather than wet, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to be the case. 🙄

I heard that the mclaren upgrade was only for Norris and piastri would get it later on?
Not sure how true that is - might have been a article from the BBC!

Yeah it’s been confirmed by PIA. Only NOR has the updates but it wasn’t even meant to be here. Silverstone was the original target. They brought one package forward. To say I’m a bit excited is an understatement
