Despite being a Ferrari fan, I still like how this car has looked on track.

The R26 was an incredable car. I've always had a fondness for the Jordan EJ12. Love the arching from nose to cockpit.

I have huge soft spot for the McLaren MP4-19B in its Monza aero package. That's the only time it ran a wider nose, and the lack of additional furniture and low AoA on the wings makes it look even better.


Then there's this Sauber C24 from 2005 with it's amazingly undercut for its time sidepods.


In 2007 STR2 was just a current Red Bull chassis with a better livery. Elegant car.

Thanks for posting the picture, I was too lazy to go and find it lol. I have a large printout on my wall of every car alonso has had since the minardi days, but my digital camera doesn't like cooperating.

EDIT: Also, can anybody tell me which races of what season Renault ran the Mild Seven scheme? I know there are more than one, but i'm talking about the one that has "Mild Seven" across the rear wing, car # was 8, and it had a solid blue nose (no red dot). I liked that car as well as the R26.

I really loved the Bennetton Ford B192. Maybe because I was just 12, and it was the first complete season I followed (after a few 1991 races) and in the car was this young german guy, that won second and third places. The first german performing good since 'Graf Berghe von Trips' the commentator always said. And wouh, when this car won Spa - unforgettable. Btw. At that time I thought Senna was a mid class driver because the McLaren Honda (!?) was that slow. And I really liked Mansell in contrast to Damon Hill later.

Also I find it hideous especially for its time compared to the beauties like the Williams.
