Appendix to the regulations

Hi,
I've been looking around the web and can't seem to find the appendix to the technical regs anywhere.
I have found them for '12 and '13 but they aren't on the FIA site... does anyone know?

Thanks, although I believe that the FIA publish another document with more drawings...

Ok, then the only thing you can do is to frequently look at http://www.fia.com/sport/regulations and hope for the appendix to appear.

Older technical regulations can be found with the help of google, for the 2008 regulations for example search for "f1 2008 site:fia.com type:pdf".
