I think he just made a joke about Mosley's dictatorship in F1, and honnestly the idea made me smile. I don't see anything bad in his post, he could have make the same joke with another one (Néron, Napoléon, etc). Plus we musn't forget we are from different countries and ciro in south america probably doesn't feel the same "taboo" wich surround Hitler in europa.
