Agreed. Plus, there's something strikingly beautifull about blue and yellow with the Ferrari logo on the side

Ye, i posted about this on the other page. I can understand how 2d designs may be unrealistic but there are some fantastic designs coming out on 3d cars now. Anyway, not sure if you see it but i linked to this. Its a good little read which perhaps helps explain

Fans and outside designers aren't binded to sponsorship demands and contracts. The liveries are a bueraucratic decision in I'd say 80%...the rest is just up to the team to decide which shade of color to choose.
