The driver insurance will cover everything, medical and loss of livelihood.

The question was who should pay the race organizer or the drivers insurance. FIA did not have any insurance, so set up a committee and blamed it on the driver.

The driver's insurer can still go to court.

OK, a potential Marussia buyer gets the 2014 price money, almost guaranteed the 2015 price money and a very good shot at the 2016 price money which any new entrants in 2016 would not get. It makes sense to buy them, not only for Haas, but for anyone with entry plans!

It would make no sense for Haas to buy them as Haas has stated he would not buy them and has no interest.
how many times does Haas own words have to be repeated before finally he's taken out of the marussia equasion? :wtf:

It would make sense to buy them from a money-making idea, indeed. Not from a competitive or ambitious eye. And that's where the problem lies. It'll be HRT 2.0, but atleast HRT was just gone at final. Now, it would be 'reviving' a dead corpse.
It can only lure and attract romanian or bulgarian 'businessmen'.

Let's just look at it like this; AMG Mercedeses with shiny wheels fit in Monaco and rich suburbs.

The thought of Marussia being revived into 2015 reminds me of A AMG Mercedes with shiny wheels in front of a poor man's neighbourhood with closed curtains and some weed tattoo's in his neck.
"Explain the ending to F1 in football terms"
"Hamilton was beating Verstappen 7-0, then the ref decided F%$& rules, next goal wins
while also sending off 4 Hamilton players to make it more interesting"

So Marussia coming out of administration on 19 Feb.
Source (1 of many): http://www.espn.co.uk/marussia/motorspo ... 90625.html

Which is day 1 of testing at Barcelona. Could we see them there for that test (Sat/Sun)?
For anything serious they need to be at the final test.

Question is, if they are allowed to run the 2014 car, does that mean the 2014PU or could they use the 2015 Ferrari PU (assuming they stay with Ferrari)?

They can use a 2015 PU. Just might mean some messy piping that's all.
