I don't know the exact wording of the rule about the helmet. I'm under the impresion that the have to stay with the same design from the start of the season.
Max's helmet change from gloss paint to flat doesn't change the colour, just the way your eye perceives it.
As for Hamilton's helmet changes I guess that the overall design hasn't change enough for anyone to notice.
Your a big Hamilton supporter, your avatar and signature clearly give that away, so I'm not surprised that you noticed the small changes. But maybe you should keep quite about them, as not to tip off the authorities
