I always thought Ferrari should've hired him instead of Kimi for 2014.

The heart weighs heavy. RIP.

Yep I agree on this, so sad, he fought to the end but atleast he is now at ease and no longer suffering. Rip Jules.

The first thing I did today as I woke up was to grab my phone and open up Twitter (don't know why, I never do that), and as I saw this terrible news my eyes just filled with tears and sayed that way as I was scrolling down and reading all the messages for Jules.

Terrible news. I don't even want to think what Jules' family and the guys over at Manor are going through right now, but I hope they will stay storng, because Jules would want to see them smile as they remember him.

You will be greatly missed, buddy. Rest in peace.

Lets not forget María de Villota... although she wasn't a man if that's how you meant it...
Not to sound disrespectful, but Di Villota didn't die as a direct result of her accident, which wasn't really involved in racing

De Villota did die from injuries from her accident.

Not the place nor time to get picky on details, gentlemen. Please.

RIP, Jules. You were meant for greatness. Fate had something else in mind unfortunaly, but the talent always shined through.

Formula 1 media has a habit of only referencing deaths in races, with Senna always referred to as 12 years since a death in Formula 1, ignoring De Angelis' passing in 1986 testing. Maria will always be ignored because she was "only" testing - it's only racing that counts to the media.

I couldn't stop thinking about Jules and his family throughout my run this morning, it was pretty sad to be around such beauty and feeling so numb. I hope his family get through this ok.
