How do Formula 1 team engineers come up with new developments in car within weeks whereas it takes years for several scientists to develop a new theory or come up with a development?
My friend told me that they think that how the rules might change in future and accordingly keep researching and it's not a matter of weeks! Is it true? I really don't think so.... There can be so many out of rulebook possibilities!
