I've had a varied life so I could handle any of the following:

Guy who sits in the car for practice pit stops,

Or

PR person who puts a positive spin or everything,

Or

Team Paramedic (once I finish my degree and qualify later this year)

Or

Ron-speak translator

Favourite team: McLaren

Turned down the chance to meet Vettel at Silverstone in 2007. He was a test driver at the time and I didn't think it was worth queuing!! πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Or of course, Driver. Fit my car with blue lights and a siren and watch.me ease through into the lead as the other drivers all simply move aside :-P

Maybe we should have some kind of qualification for the driver seats via rfactor ? Or a console based game ? As the drivers need to be the best we have.

If this is going to be a truly professional F1 team..then we need an employee sat at home on a years gardening leave.

Im quite good with Strategy and basic setups on cars as well as Driving. Won a few races in stock cars this year based on my changing of fuel strategy and tires this year. Was also driver for said races.
