Assuming the question was directed at how to watch the broadcast legally, how about signing up with one of the surely countless TV apps available for smartphones and PC and then record/recall the broadcast?
For example: in Switzerland we have Zattoo (which might work in other countries too)

If you pay for the subscription, you have the ability to record up to 500 programs/shows/broadcasts and recall them later. Surely these type of apps are available in your country as well. Sign up with one of them and then recall the broadcast at a later date. Or do it directly with Sky, which I am sure they would have something similar.
IMPORTANT: If you try Zattoo from a country other than Switzerland, be aware that some channels might be blocked due to accessing the app from an IP from another country. I would recommend to find a TV app from a company of the country you'll be accessing the app from.
