Engine Stall

Can't remember where I saw it, but it is a rule from the KERS era. I recall there was take of turning the pit lane "green" but this was banned by the FIA due to electric shock risks or something.

Obvious disclaimer is that I don't have the whole rule book in front of me.

Any estimates as to how many horses it takes to turn one of these engines? Of the 160hp the K can deliver, what would you be left with? Since they cannot be decoupled.

I would assume not more than 10hp.
