Theissen coy on Villeneuve's future

By Jonathan Noble August 3rd 2006, 14:24 GMT

BMW motorsport boss Mario Theissen remained coy on Thursday about the future of Jacques Villeneuve following the Canadian's decision to skip this weekend's Hungarian Grand Prix.

From Autosport
Simon: Nils? You can close in now. Nils?
John McClane: [on the guard's phone] Attention! Attention! Nils is dead! I repeat, Nils is dead, ----head. So's his pal, and those four guys from the East German All-Stars, your boys at the bank? They're gonna be a little late.
Simon: [on the phone] John... in the back of the truck you're driving, there's $13 billon dollars worth in gold bullion. I wonder would a deal be out of the question?
John McClane: [on the phone] Yeah, I got a deal for you. Come out from that rock you're hiding under, and I'll drive this truck up your ass.

Yea, that doesn't look promising. I have no douby JV will be fir very soon. But it seems BMW isn't too warm abvout him getting back in competition.
To me, it looks like this all depends on how Kubica does in Hungary, and following that. I like Kubica, on TV I've seen some races he has been in, and he looks very good. So I'll be watching the race with mixed feelings.... I don't want Kubica to fail yet I know if he scores points, it may be end of JV's season... and maybe career in F1. :?
