That "funny" car on 1st pic is Renault 4 CV. It won Monte Carlo rally, 24h Le Mans in its own class (1-2-3), Mille Miglia, Liege-Rome-Liege... so the joke is on big "naturally belonging in F1" manufacturers that never or rarely had any similar success with their tuned mass produced cars.

actually this will be Renault's more affordable "customer" chassis for 2008.

After all, the Mad Max & Bernie Show did want to bring the cost of F1 down to allow more privateer participation.

Renault has guaranteed that it has the latest 24hr wind tunnel tested aero as you can see...and as manchild stated, they are calling it their "Mille Miglia Derivative Platinum " chassis for select prospective customerz.
