What do you'll think?
Is it that effective?
Or the older design was better?

I always liked the older bargeboards. They were distinct from the rest of the car, they had straight lines, and they said out loud "Hey, look at me, I'm a bargeboard, and darn proud of it !!!" It's a shame the engineers never covered the bargeboards in fuzzy pink wool.

Moved this to General as oranges and apples don't belong in the technical forum ;) - and neither do 800 consecutive question marks

Obviously it is an improvement. How much and why can only be said after doing some wind tunnel testing or CFD simulation wich the rest of the car modeled too.
