Honestly I have really no idea with that Belgian man without internet assistance. Maybe he's from early ages of Grand Prix racing, my knowledge starts somewhere in 1980s so 50s, 60s aren't my field... That aside I would like to make disclosure for my previous question:

The picture shows an article published in a Japanese photobook dedicated to March 881. The article reveals that Camel tobacco offered the team a full-colouring sponsorship for 600 million JPY (6.0~7.0 million USD in current rate) the following year. Akira Akagi, chief of Leyton House (the main sponsor of march at the time; later he went on to purchase F1 divison of March under Leyton House banner) turned down this offer, with two reasons. First he thinks 600mil. Yen was rather cheap for full-colouring, and second, the turquoise blue they were wearing was used widely by Leyton House for their clothing business (that colour is still called "Leyton Blue" in Japan), thus painting their car in yellow will make Leyton House's sponsorship effort nothing but pointless. Thus Leyton House went on with their fresh turquoise blue painted on their car, and Camel pulled out of F1 altogether after 1990. That was the story...
