Lets not forget, some truely great drivers never won a title. Sir Stirling Moss comes to mind. And some Brilliant drivers never won a race (Chris Amon, maybe Mertin Brundle), and some not nearly enough (Jean Alesi), you could argue some didn't win as many titles as their talent might have allowed (Nigel Mansell?).
And some, as talented as they may be, might have just been at the right place at the wrong time (DC @ Mclaren in 2001....with Schumi in a Ferrari to compete against LOL!)
He might never win a title, that being said, two years ago it looked like Kimi might never get a car good enough.
Hamilton has a long career in F1 to come, he might break all the records, he might win 8titles and 100 races, or he might never win a title at all. Just like Murray Walker used to say:
"Anything can happen in Formula One. And it usually does!"
