Diffuser appeal rejected, confirmed to be within the rules

Diffusers found legal at court of appeal 15 Apr 2009

In an official statement, the judges at the court of appeal in Paris have confirmed that the double deck diffusers are legal. Hence the earlier decision of the stewards at the Australian and Malaysian GP has been confirmed.

dont know if you can read it...it was on the bbc coverage ...post qualifying pundit chat type thing


BTW...i was being a bit harsh on the "honesty" side of things only as i believe it fair everyone is held up to the expectations of mclaren honesty
