this were exactly my sentiments back then... uncured parts ...this is something you don´t want to ever see happening .
with hundets of people working on the project there just have to be the odd few guys who just are not happy ,have trouble with their girlfriend a hangover you name it..you just have to have ways installed to dead make sure that procedures are defined ,adhered to and documented.
