The math is easy! For the top five, you have:

Webber 88
Vettel 84
Alonso 83
Lewis 79
Jenson 77

I've got the feeling I've botched it somewhere, though.
I am not amazed by F1 cars in Monaco. I want to see them driving in the A8 highway: Variable radius corners, negative banking, and extreme narrowings that Tilke has never dreamed off. Oh, yes, and "beautiful" weather tops it all.

lol. Made an excel file that sped things up. Kubi goes up again on Rosberg.Jenson has less of a disadvantage than Kimi did in 07.

I'd argue that, actually, Jenson is more disadvantaged than Kimi was. For one, his teammate is one of the drivers ahead of him (with a one race advantage). Second, he's considerably behind not one driver, but three. These drivers are also driving a different car each, and thus it is unlikely that the three of them will encounter similar gremlins in a single track.

You could see today how quick things can change.three of five did not score at all
because of driver error, strategy, and technical issue..
all you need is rain ...
Brasil has more than once shown very turbulent races......

After Brazil!!

Alonso 99
Webber 96
Vettel 94
Lewis 92
Jenson 81
Felipe 57
Rosberg 50
Kubica 48
Schumacher 25
Sutil 15
Barrichello 15
Kobayashi 9
Petrov 6
Hulkenberg 6
Liuzzi 5
DelaRosa 2
Heidfeld 1
Buemi 1
Alguersuari 0

Now, here's some food for thought, if we compare this against the 2010 points, divided by 2.5

Alonso 98.4
Webber 95.2
Vettel 92.4
Lewis 88.8
Jenson 79.6

On both scoring systems, it's bye bye Jenson Button.

Interestingly, if Vettel wins, in the old points, Alonso would need 4th to be level on points with Vettel, but in the new system, Alonso only needs 5th.

If Webber wins, Alonso 2nd place would seal up the crown for him in both points systems.

Lewis is actually better off in the old points system (relative to Alonso) than the new one.

This is a hell of a season isn't it? Roll on Abu Dhabi!!
