the f112 is in fact a new car and not a Dallara ,so credit to them and all the good work they have put together against all odds.
The drivetrain issue for 2014 is not a technical one -as no small team can tackle and master this going it alone. The real challenge will be to raise the funds to afford the new drivetrains.

Well they haven't confirmed anything  as I heard they thought it would be too costly to develop a new engine.

The F112 is still based on the Dallara Chassis though or not?

The concept is the same as the Dallara but the monocoque is completely new as they planned to run KERS. White and Willis had left HRT in August and I doubt they had enough time to design a completely new concept.

Side by side the tub looks quite different .with different suspension pickuppoints etc.
So there are not many things the two cars share or could share -apart from the engine and engine interface to the tub.
Gearbox is by the looks of things Williams 2012 -the driveshafts are not as severely angled as the 2011 so the car is all new from the engine rear face and possibly all new from the engine front face forward .
Carry over items are the 2011 wings .....

Exactly right the only 2011 carry over is the FW, which should be discarded at Singapore where a completely new wing is planned for it, there last major upgrade package is due there.

Nice to see both Narain and Pedro ahead of the Pic today. Looks to me as the new rear suspensions that the F112 got in Monaco has improved grip levels significantly.

Wow, then they're way ahead of any other team – having 2013 parts ready already, truely a turn around compared to other years!
