The difference is obvious; the taller mirrors work better for checking who may be lapping you, while the wider mirrors work better if you're on the lead lap and are check to see who it was you just passed.

Could be the angle, but in those pics it seems Massa is not using the additional cooling openings in the sidepods, which Fernando is using...

Massa is using also cooling openings at the side pods. The only difference is the height of the openings. In Massa's car the openings is uniform while in Alonso's its ascending. (judging from the pics)

Same cooling, different height on mirrors.

The fins under the nose are different too. Alonso is using the classical Ferrari L shaped, Massa the curved RB style ones

Ferrari decides to abandon high rear rake philosophy!?

Could be the track not feeding the diffuser enough air so they have to lower it to optimize it?

And surely it's also a case of Ferrari wanting to raise the front height in order to better ride the curbs in Monaco. Obviously if the front is raised then the rear would have to be ridiculously high to maintain the rake.

It's likely that their mechanical setup for Monaco with the various spings and ARBs mean it has to run that way too.

you calling that a aero rake, only because Monaco is track with many bumps car have this rake. if you compare their rake with lotus or mclaren you will see it's almost insignificant. sure, maybe i'm wrong...
