Looking at the pictures above I wonder what is the "innovative radiator layout" that Sam Bird hinted at before the season. To me it looks very conventional after their truly innovative double deck radiators last year.
What do you think - a hoax to draw attention to other parts of the car in order to disguise the Front Wing F-Duct?

Probably, I have seen nothing to indicate anything special going on with the radiators.
I've found a way of ducting exhaust right to the diffuser edge like in 2011 and created a new wheel fastener that could allow sub 2 second pitstops see them here --> My 2013 F1 Concept Project

Some more colour on the earlier gearbox development:

From http://www.motorsport.com/f1/news/tactical-retirements-for-gearbox-rule-gain-report/:
Michael Schumacher took a five-place grid penalty in Bahrain due to Mercedes having to break the seal on his gearbox prior to the race.
He can therefore have a complete gearbox change for Barcelona, which according to Auto Motor und Sport is an all-new carbon housing design that is lighter, which should improve the W03's treatment of the Pirelli tyres.
Teammate Nico Rosberg must wait until Monaco before he can use the new 'box.

so Shcumacher IS the test mule. his car's lack of reliability is due to untested components being given to him to test race and develop

This floor is different. There is no longer a deep groove leading towards the trailing edge of the floor/diffuser. Instead it's filled in and there's something carbon there.

Updated front-wing. The upper flap is longer and shapes like a razor.

The upper flap may be sharper, but isn't longer, due to regulations. Just the angle of the photo.

In my opinion, Merc get an updated bargeboard and turning vane ahead of the sidepod:

For comparison, here is a picture from yesterday:

Looks like Mercedes and Lotus have zero interest in other exhaust solutions at the moment. I'm wondering if they're collecting data for next season as Charlie has stated this year's EBD will definitely not be present next year as new rules tighten things down further.

Yeah, and they are looking for DF in other aero regions not wasting time on solutions that probably will be banned in next year...

Is it standard procedure to cover FW or is it something new in FW?

Looks like an updated front wing, with inboard tips of the larger trailing flap merged into the main plane.

The nose seems new, much larger, almost W02-ish.

Hmm indeed. Might just be the camera being so close up though?

I agree, I thought it was the W02 nose for a second too.
