I think it might be part of the monocoque although i can´t account for that "other" bit.
like to think it´s a wing mirror.

Edit: it looks like it´s one piece all of it actually. Perhaps the nose without the lid on it?

That one's easy – it's the nose cone looking down on the hatch for cockpit access, which has been removed.

I think it´s the monocoque and the black bit is merely a shadow.

Looks like camera is just behind where the dip will start (or vice versa). taken from above.

So smooth bump but still slightly convex.

I am confused....which car is it? The rear looks slimmer than any MGP car which has been produced. It is not a BAR Honda 2005, but what is it then?
