Marussia MR03 Ferrari

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter do not belong here.

Ted has been talking on Sky about the proposed return of the team and how it could be a B team.
McLaren have said no its not them then Ted said that it could be Honda but it wouldnt work with the 2014 car because of the engine mounting points.
Has Ted got this wrong as I thought the mounting points is one of the things the FIA mandate in the rules to make life easier when changing supplier?

Just got a MR03 torsion bar from eBay.

Id like to know more about what a RARB #0.5 is. I have pics on my twitter feed if you want to see what it is.

I could have more Marussia parts on the way. Id love to know what their livings and what chassis they were part of for what events. That is if the files are still available.

Thats what i was thinking.

Ill take detail pics in the next few days and post them. Might contact Manor and see if they can help me on the item.

Its weird owning a piece of a 'current' F1 car. But a bloody cool feeling to have! It makes you appreciate how tough but light these cars are now as the thing is hollow but weighs less than a hundred grammes i think.
