Mercedes will brutally wreck the competition then.

I´m guessing low 360 with DRS and low fuel.

Same here. Maybe high 360s.

So the problem is that the brakes break sometimes, but not that the break brakes somtimes
Hehe, I was thinking something similar when I read princes post! :)

Even if the current cars would allow for a top speed of ~370km/h i'd guess they would opt for 350km/h and bit more downforce...wouldn't that allow for an overall improvement in laptimes?

Considering they still have a couple of very fast corners to negotiate they still need some downforce to get decent lap times.

I think most cars will run a rear wing like RBR did at Spa.

Fun fact: If Rosberg did not have such a poor banker lap in Q3 in Austria, he would have had 7 consecutive pole positions by now, and chasing his 8th (which would put him on par with Senna's record).

Still quite remarkable against a team mate Lewis Hamilton who was always considered among the masters of the single lap.

This is probably the most sensible guess at top speeds!
Surely being more stable (and confident) through the Lesmos, Ascari and Parabolica will be more beneficial than a super high max Vel

But in Monza Merc will show the real Low DF pack and get 1-2. rest will be raced between williams and RB.
Mercedes was still utterly dominant in the race. The contact between Hamilton and Rosberg cost Hamilton a shot. Rosberg should have still won the race even with the wing change but he flat spotted his tires at one point and had to do one more pitstop than he otherwise would have.

Mercedes should be utterly dominate at Monza, too...

It´s different for every team. Some Red Bull cars could run more DF and still get away with it, some RB cars could not do this.

If two cars can hit 360km/h it doesn´t mean they both produce the same amount of downforce.
