Hi guys, this week's report is the last one before the completion of the car

Rear and front wing

I started with the rear wing. It consists of two layers- a basic black one and a coloured one made up of 5 subpieces.

Next, the RW main wing. One bended piece (for the curvature) and two vertical strakes on both sides. You can also see the slots for the supports.

Quick update before this weekend's reveal

Tires

This time, I decided to add just a bit more detail than K213. Still, the wheels and tires are one piece. This will change with my next project, but more on it later. Here are the basic pieces of the tires:

Assembled. You can see how the wheel is a bit deeper than the tire surface. I've also added the wheel nut.

Cheers! :D
AND MAKE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE REVEAL THIS WEEKEND!

Re: F14T- a cardboard model

Post

So guys, this is my last post before the car's reveal this weekend, the culmination of 1,5 months or about 50 hours of work, 400 pieces of cardboard (twice as many as last time) or 23 grams. First of all, I'd like to thank all 4000 of you for being with me on this exciting journey which the production of the car was. I'm also very thankful to the experts from the real F14T topic, without whose extensive knowledge and wonderfully detailed photographs this build wouldn't have been possible. Thanks also to Ferrari for designing this car.

A bit on the future now. This car was the last one of its era, started by the K113. From now on, a new era will begin. My next model, the K314, is planned to have demountable tires, front wing and engine cover (with the engine and the components around it also here). I'm not sure exactly when I'll start it, but it won't be long for sure. Also, I'll soon release my F1 2014 PC game (you can download the DEMO here), so be sure to check out the Engineering projects forum from time to time.

Once again guys, thank you very much and goodbye. On Saturday, the photographs will do the talking.

what software did you use for the stickers? Like recolouring the background to be red etc?

adobe illustrator. It both recolours and resizes the logos to exact measurements in mm. I can post the file if you need it.
