how do you glue the tiny bits? like the vains of the diffuser and on the wings?

how do you glue the tiny bits? like the vains of the diffuser and on the wings?

I dip them into (or just apply) glue accordingly, then place them roughly where they should be, then position them to their precise position with a knife. Or alternatively i use a pair of tweezers. Patience is the key though
