Okay, today, I laminated and fixed the airbox to the car. The fuel injection parts poorly can't be seen after mounting the airbox.

I also mounted the front vanes.

In the left sidepod I fitted a few electronical components.

By the way, I installed a fefw electronic lines, fire extinguisher cable, fuel accomodation and first parts of the rear suspension.

It's such a shame that so much of the internals you have detailed so well become hidden when you fit certain components such as the airbox. Are you planning to have the model as something that can be disassembled to the extent of things such as having a removable engine cover, side pods, nosecone etc? Or will everything be hidden under the bodywork permanently? Also, absolutely fantastic work as usual! I would happily pay for a model of such quality!

Don't worry, the whole engie cover will be demountable. Only the gearbox will be covered. The Nose, the head protection and the wheels will also be demountable. The most important question for me is, if I'm able to manufacture a more or less adaptable cover to fit on the car. But the car will stand in the workshop, so it's not that important, that the cover will be perfectly adaptable.

What do you mean by adaptable? As in for updates?

Oh, sorry for my bad english. With "adaptable" i meant, that I can or could take off the cover - so I meant, that the question for me is, if I could manufacture a demountable engine cover which is compatible with the chassis.

Ahh ok, well I'm sure that if you can make a model with quality that high, then it shouldn't be a problem

Hello guys,

small memorization. Tomorrow, the english edition of F1 Racing (the world's best selling F1 magazine) will appear. In there is a story with pictures about me and my paperboard Formula 1 and sportcars.

Cheers

Hello guys!

Anyone read my article in F1 Racing magazine?

A small update for today.
It's the radiator for the hydraulicfluid with it's air intake. Does anybody knows, what that for a carbon fibre line is, which leads from the hydraulic radiator to the front of the engine?

I think at least till end of December, maybe longer. You know, I do that only by the way. My central concentration is still on my studies in mechanical engineering.

I had a small problem with the exhaust system, but an answer is in sight.
By the way, I began to manufacture the nosecone. There was no problem, the whole nose will be demountable from the car.

In the time, when the nosecone is drying, I manufactured the side air leading elements beside the side pods. Tomorrow, I'll finish them and glue them to the car.

That's it, thanks for watching.
