is Ross really leaving? as much as I feel Ross exit would be pretty big loss, I don't necessarily feel it would be like end of it, Lowe is still a well reputed person to replace Ross i think. In fact I feel like Paddy's presence may entice some good Mclaren employees to follow here at Brackley. I am always thinking of Doug Mckiernan cause Prodomou will move there. We have elliot, and he is great, i think though Merc can be stronger from hereon.

As for Ross again, I understand that Ross wants to put his authority in this team, but I understand Merc's stance more.

Anyone see brundle talk about merc last year? Apparently brawn told him wait till you see next years car its got some bits on it

Merc and brawn really do seem optomistic for next year almost so confident they arnt concerned about getting egg on there face. I cant see a mclaren of 2009 or 2013

I'm matching my expectations with Toto Wolff and expecting at least fourth in the constructors championship. But if I could have my druthers, without being greedy and asking for the championship, I would ask for one thing-- Beat Ferrari.
