Race training programmes in Germany?

Hey anybody here please help me out, I want to go to Germany for my race driving training specially for Formula 1. Can anybody tell me, where I must have to go in Germany for best training programs. Like in which city would I get best training part.
I don't know anything about German race academies. Actually I want to enter in F1, so for that I need an academy through which I'll be able to enter in F1.

any good European academy or school will also be preferable.

I know this not a right place where I am talking about, but I am helpless indeed.
If you know the right place then help me out.

First of all, what's your age? And have you considered karting as a means to begin your illustrious 'F1 career'?
