Rory The Racing Car – Legality?

I have just been watching Rory and I don’t know a right lot about F1 and the rules, but a few things stick out to me.

Firstly, he seems to be running active aero on the front wing – surely that’s banned?

Secondly, there is clearly active ride height as well. They aren’t even doing it discretely, the height is changing dramatically.

There also seems to be some sort of hole on the front, maybe for an F-Dust type device??

Any other problems?

I like the emotion of the charectors.. But yes.. some interesting developments on Rory's front wings. They seem to be hinged at the root to give variable dihedral angle.

Looking at the rims they break the rules about area and I think they are running their own brand of tyres not the mandatory pirelli's....

The exhaust is illegal, they seem to be blowing the diffuser area (possibly above)
