You could try coriander soup. It will make you feel better just by smelling it (although some people thinks the coriander leaves smell like soap, that could be a gene at work). You add minced coriander to any chicken soup (or look for a recipe).

On a side note, coriander seed colour is compared with the colour of manna in the Bible. Gosh, my brain is full of garbage... BTW, coriander seeds smell terribly to me.
