Coanda/Exhaust blown diffusers for road use?

All that has to do with the power train, gearbox, clutch, fuels and lubricants, etc. Generally the mechanical side of Formula One.

Given it's been used in car designs for the past 100 or so years, I suspect you may be right.

In fact, I suspect it might be rather hard to make a car without it...
