Clutch Paddle Design

Post

The clutch paddles on back of the Mercedes steering wheel have a shape that forms a pockets. Does the finger pressure on the rim of this pocket help the driver evaluate the position/angle of the paddle?

Yeah i think merc engineer would replicate certain vibration in that paddle, so driver can operate it with push and pull. More like two Way joystick than a button or pedal, surely helps with the additional feeling
