Well, this is not Mark Webber's flip ! It's Peter Dumbreck ! A classical mistake.

Mark did flip twice in 1999 : one time in free practice and another time during the warm-up of the 24h race !

check at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1999_24_Hours_of_Le_Mans : Mark Webber(CLR#4) is listed as DNS !

The flip in the video is the Dumbreck flip (CLR#5) during the race.

+1, thanks for making that clear.. I really thought it was Mark Webber who flew of the track. :oops:
