1) Can you expand just a little on how this is achieved and what it accomplishes dynamically?

2) On a post rig, do the tires reach desired 'track' operating during normal test procedure or are special measures required.

Apologies, that was a joke. Many thngs can affect performance, & I mentioned it because I have been faced with it as a problem to identify twice recently.

Not on my rig... But tyre blankets help....
