Is there any obvious reason why this wouldnt work under the 2009 regs? It looks like it would accomplish the task of being low drag/high efficiency, but would it be legal?

PS: The 1996 car is seriously sweet looking, and the fact that it actually has a dual sidepod inlet is also remarkable!
