Front Wing changes in Monza:

Ferrari introduced new wing at Monza with main plane featuring a little step either side of the 50cm-wide central area. This effectively raises the wing further from the ground, meaning less drag and downforce. Little fins from inside of the end plates have been removed.

UNDERBODY , PLANK - HUNGARY
Image

A hard wooden strip (also known as a skid block) is fitted front-to-back down the middle of the underside of all F1 cars to check that they are not being run too close to the track surface, something that is apparent if the wood is excessively worn.

They use mismatched tyres when they wheel the cars in and out of the garages some times, so yes, there is a good chance they were used in Valencia as well.
