If Sutil ends up driving anywhere it'll probably be in LMP. I know Peugeot needs drivers for their 908.

Not really any breaking news, but Senna seems to be the favorite for Williams because of sponsorship, as well as skill.

Along with his 15M$ he brings in the form of sponsorship money, it Looks to be a done deal.
I didn't think I'd see the day when Williams had two pay drivers. :-({|=
At least they are still in the show. Who is the #1 :?:

Wow they've taken it down already! Maybe it was a bit of a typo from Williams!

With the Williams web page down, its as good as confirmed to me that Bruno will be in the car.

As for Petrov, im not so sure, ive been shoehorning Trulli out the seat for about 6 months now, it was Riccardo first, now people are saying Petrov, id like to think Trulli will be in the car at Oz now with him getting shifted mid season.

The fInal Hispania seat id recon will be the one that anyone could jump in. Id possibly expect Sutil there possibly. Once his trial is done and dusted, if he is found not guilty he will be trying to get into that seat for the next year before jumping back into a mid pack team.

The list of drivers that could take over the remaining seat id recon is down to 3 or 4 drivers now; Sutil/Petrov/Barrichello/Liuzzi/D'Ambrosio.

I think it will probably be Liuzzi or Barrichello as the team may want 2 experienced drivers to develop the car to the maximum and give the engineers what they want in terms of feedback.

Excellent, Senna is a really nice solid driver, he's shown some flashes of genius occasionally, hopefully a full season in a mid-field team should cement him in other teams' minds.

The circumstances of Bruno’s two seasons in Formula One have not given him an ideal opportunity to deliver consistently so it was essential that we spent as much time with him as possible to understand and evaluate him as a driver. We have done this both on track and in our simulator and he has proven quick, technically insightful and above all capable of learning and applying his learning quickly and consistently. Now we are looking forward to seeing that talent in our race car.
Well that was sneaky. They got him in a car and nobody picked up on it.

Im pleased fopr him, he showed that he was fast in a crap Hispania F110 on 2010, jumped in cold into a mediocre Renault R31 last year and did well. Id like to see the F34 being a good car that he can push the living daylights out of to get into good posistions and get a decent enough points tally.

If Brumo and Pastor can get 30 points between them next year, i think this shows prmoice for both drivers and the team. However the mid pack will be tight with Sauber, Force India, Toro Rosso and Caterham, hopefully joining them in the mix by mid season should be Marussia as well tightening the mid pack futher.

Giblet, i think they got him out on a track in a roadcar or posibly a Renault Clio Cup Car to see what he was about. It would be a car that had on board telemetry avalable, and putting him in the simulator in last years cars sim for a few days would also be insightful as then they could put him out on a 50 lap stint against one or Rubens and Pastors stint and then put him in Quali mode to see what he can do as well.
