Anyway... I see ridges here:

I think perhaps he was making a reference to the fact that the Ferrari nose is narrower. The extra width of the RB7's nose could allow suspension components to sit lower. :?
I've found a way of ducting exhaust right to the diffuser edge like in 2011 and created a new wheel fastener that could allow sub 2 second pitstops see them here --> My 2013 F1 Concept Project

No, he made a specific mention of the lack of nose ridges on the Ferrari in his sentence. He said that the Ferrari lets a bit more air through to the diffuser but unnecessarily raises the CofG; more than enough to offset the aero advantage.

And what you're seeing isn't ridges; it's a collection of reflections making it seem like it has ridges

We know of course to be wary of the big guns of F1 making statements of this nature. We've seen enough smoke and mirrors from teams over the years.
I've found a way of ducting exhaust right to the diffuser edge like in 2011 and created a new wheel fastener that could allow sub 2 second pitstops see them here --> My 2013 F1 Concept Project

In my defense I think that was back when we thought the bulkhead was limited in height, not an area just ahead of it.
