Hi everyone, I'm looking for any information or plans for the 2009 Ferrari. I'm looking at building a 1:5 scale model as a summer project. Ive ordered a Tamiya 1:20 scale model to give me some idea of dimensions and have been scouring the net for other info. Any help is really appreciated.

create a model in CAD from looking at images, using regulations :)

Good luck on the project!

But along with the official 2009 regulations maybe you can use this too:

I think copying (and resizing) existing scale models will be your best bet, then crosscheck those new dimensions with the regulations. For example, the RW endplates will be good to crosscheck, as will the tires, front wing width, car width, etc as they are a constant size.
Measure twice, cut once. Good luck!
I've found a way of ducting exhaust right to the diffuser edge like in 2011 and created a new wheel fastener that could allow sub 2 second pitstops see them here --> My 2013 F1 Concept Project

Depending on your CAD resources and budget, you could get a 3D scan of the model and reverse engineer the dimensions from there.

This guy did it for his LMP replica build;

Occasionally gamers rip mesh from games and upload the models on the net, the links usually die after 6 months and it ends up in a pay site for 20usd.

Cant remember where i put it, but i had found all the 2007 cars once in high poly count.
