Exactly.

All in that post, except the barrel engine, are X-24s.

Another X-24 was the Vulture, which powered the Manchester and Hawker Tornado (sister to Typhoon).

The Allison X-4520 was designed by the US Army and manufactured by Allison. It was the most powerful engine at the time, at about 1200hp.

Another rare one here that not many may know about,

Enter the Cosworth JAA 1974 Engine, heavily based on the DFV from the same era,

Engine: 747cc (86×65mm) water-cooled Cosworth JAA 360-degree parallel-twin four stroke
Power Rating: “at least 110″ hp @ 10,500 rpm
Valves: twin overhead-camshafts driven by cogged belt
Fuel System: twin Amal carburetors (988, fuel injection)
