Just a question to make things clear for me. Are teams allowed to stack as many wings a they like within the loophole area? There will be a lot of wings stacked at circuits like Hungary for example.

Yes, there are no restrictions at all in that area. However, do know the rear wing and top of the diffuser is right behind it. You can only put so many wings in that area before airflow becomes clogged up and you do more harm than good. I think Williams is pretty much at the reasonable number already.
