Looks like there isn't a distinct outwash tunnel but rather it tapers along the width of the wing. Interesting, possibly a development item.

Those bargeboard updates on the floor won't work unless the track temperatures and conditions are right. Geometry needs optimization, they have a lot of potential when they get the slot shape optimized. The new outer vertical fin in particular needs to be modified, the trailing bottom edge should be more inboard, and the top edge slightly more outboard. Change required is small, a fraction of a mm.
Agreed, absolutely!! And the new structure will create slightly too much lateral vortex movement away from the floor during moderate yaw conditions. The trailing edge of the front wing should be moved forward by 0.5 mm to compensate. :D

Talking about the new front wing? Do you think they're racing that? They could, Red Bull has a similar lower plane on their wing.

Sounds like the new engine won't be spec 4.0 going by what they were saying in practice, it's just a small update to the ICE itself, whereas spec 4 requires a new spec turbo/compressor.

Yep, there is one or two more inboard tip slot gaps presumably to further strengthen the Y250 vortex.

Looks like they’ve also changed the outboard part of the wing as well with additional slots on the foot plate (strengthening the edge vortex) as well as changing profile of the 3 winglets behind the cascade elements.

I think even more than that by the end plate! If it can still be called a plate, that is.
