Does this sound correct?

Post

My friend needs a little bit of assistance here. Just wondering if someone could help out with this. Does the text below sound right?

--------------------------------

The example used in this assignment matches the specifications of a formula one car, the suspension on formula 1 vehicles requires a large amount of force to move the suspension by a small amount (1mm), the reason for this being that by having a large sprung / unsprung ratio, a large force is required to decrease the contact patch between the tyre and track, maintaining all 4 wheels perfectly
on the track to gain high traction.

Thanks :)

Well, short answer.. no, not particularly. I'm not even sure what it's trying to say.
Grip is a four letter word. All opinions are my own and not those of current or previous employers.

It's also several separate sentences mushed into 1.
