Force India VJM08 Mercedes

A place to discuss the characteristics of the cars in Formula One, both current as well as historical. Laptimes, driver worshipping and team chatter does not belong here.

It looks like they have had a puncture and the deformed tire has damaged some parts of the floor:

Nice way to get things going. Should have stopped the car as soon as the puncture happened.

Is that a piece of the floor? Looks to be something broken. Maybe that's why they had a puncture.

The nose cameras seem to be more traditional than the render

Very wide nose. Perhaps the widest of the 2015 cars?

Also the driver's head protection looks pretty low. Might just be the angle or that HULK is quite high in the cockpit.

I think the livery makes it look wider than it is. It looks to be about the same as the Williams, just pushed further forward.
Honda!
