McLaren end productive Jerez test

The Woking based outfit has concluded it's four day test on Friday afternoon, where they along with all the others experienced both cool and warmer temperatures throughout the day. Finnish race driver Heikki Kovalainen finished the job after after completing a mammoth 116 laps, with the best time of Friday and the four days of 1:18.385.

Kovalainen continued with evaluation of the new nose cone winglets and further 2008 preparation. Although the team is yet again undecided whether it will race the new aero appendages in Hungary, this adds them to a waiting list including their shark-fin engine cover tested at the previous test at Hockenheim.
