After being the first Formula One team to openly detract from development of their 2008 chassis, the Brackley based squad already has the winter testing schedule sorted out. And in doing so have high hopes that this will aid them in producing better results in 2009, after an undeniably lacklustre performance this season.

"We've kept our testing mileage and our tyres for the winter testing, which is another thing that is reflected this season," Team Principal Ross Brawn revealed to 'autosport'.

While the Brit also added that his team just may have the largest amount of tyres left for use in winter testing, something that they have planning for accordingly throughout the entire current season.

And besides the normal test sessions planned with the rest of the Formula One teams, Honda announced last week that they will test alongside McLaren at the new Autodromo Internacional Algarve located in Portugal.
